The Role

We are hiring a
Creative Director, Campaigns & Production
to own campaign ideation, creative direction, and production execution across RNDA.

This role is responsible for
idea generation at scale
— turning business objectives into campaign concepts, scripts, visuals, and fully executed shoots.

You are not just approving ideas.

You are creating them, shaping them, and making sure they work in the real world.

This role will lead the production department and scale a creative team underneath them as volume grows.

What You'll OwnCampaign Concept Development

  • Generate campaign concepts across multiple client accounts and verticals
  • Develop creative treatments including:
  • campaign angles and big ideas
  • hooks, narratives, and content pillars
  • platform-specific concepts (social, ads, web, experiential)
  • Ensure creative ideas align with the client's offer, audience, and goals

Concept + Script Execution

  • Write or oversee scripts for:
  • video content
  • campaign ads
  • brand storytelling assets
  • Translate abstract ideas into clear, executable creative direction
  • Ensure scripts are production-ready and platform-appropriate

Production Leadership

  • Run shoots end-to-end:
  • shot lists and run of show
  • talent direction and on-set leadership
  • location scouting and sourcing
  • props, wardrobe direction, and set guidance
  • Work directly with videographers, photographers, and producers to capture content correctly
  • Review footage and guide post-production direction (not required to edit)

Creative Team Management

  • Collaborate with graphic designers to bring campaigns to life visually
  • Manage videographers, editors, and creative contractors as needed
  • Hire and oversee additional creative support as volume increases
  • Build systems and workflows so production runs efficiently at scale

Quality Control & Scale

  • Maintain creative consistency and brand standards across all campaigns
  • Balance speed with quality in a high-output environment
  • Help RNDA scale creative production without chaos or burnout

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or senior creative lead
  • Strong campaign ideation skills with real production experience
  • Ability to run shoots and lead production teams confidently
  • Experience writing or directing scripts for video and campaigns
  • Strong creative judgment and taste across multiple brand styles
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led agency environment
  • Able to manage people, projects, and pressure simultaneously

This is not a junior role.

This is not a "vision-only" role.

This is a
doer + leader
role.

Compensation

  • Contract or freelance to start, with opportunity to expand scope
  • Competitive project-based or monthly retainer compensation
