Ribbons & Reeves are looking for a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a top-rated school who is eager to gain experience in the classroom starting in September. You will work closely with experienced Teachers to provide excellent academic support and inspire students to take the next step in their educational journeys.

1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant | What we're looking for:

• A minimum 2:1 Psychology degree, or a related subject, from a Top 20 UK University
• Previous experience working with children or in a child-focused role
• A genuine passion for education and a strong commitment to supporting children's development
• Making a meaningful difference in a child's life
• Start date immediately

1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant | Your role:

• Work with experienced lead Teachers by assisting classroom preparation
• Supervise group activities and ensure students focus
• Work closely with teachers to identify and address student challenges
• Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs
