Position: Server Assistant, Weekends
We're looking for a professional Server Assistant to join our team, working with our Front of House Staff and the kitchen team. You will help bring Joylark's vision of hospitality to life, ensuring that the dining experience is exceptional, ultimately bringing happiness to our guests. This is a unique opportunity for a Front of House professional. Starting wage is $18 per hour.

Your Role Will Include

· Setting up (and/ or breaking down) the dining room for service and ensuring it is clean and stocked.

· Seating guests, managing reservations, and overseeing the pace of seating.

. Running food and confirming with the kitchen that each dish is correct.

· Bussing and resetting tables.

· Technical service duties, including knowing the menu, beverage pairings, upselling, flow of service, kitchen communication, etc.

· Upholding standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization in accordance with health regulations and Joylark's culture.

· Other duties as assigned.

We're Seeking Someone Who Has

· 2+ years of successful experience in an upscale restaurant, with all associated skills and knowledge.

· Experience with Toast, Resy, and Yelp Manager.

· Comfort in managing guests' experience.

· Genuine desire to provide the best in hospitality, always striving for more.

· Abilities to work under pressure and to make the most of less busy times.

· Available Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

· A professional, happy attitude and demeanor, and ability to get along well with others.

· At least 18 years of age.
