Project Manager (m/f/d)


  • Project Delivery: Owns end-to-end delivery of medium to large transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and measurable benefits realisation
  • Business Implementation and Handover: Works closely with the business area to coordinate effective business readiness, implementation, and handover activities
  • Governance and Reporting: Provides regular status updates to Accountable Executives, platform and lab teams, and other stakeholders
  • Planning and Financial Control: Owns project plans and budgets, monitors performance, and re-forecasts as needed.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identifies and mitigates risks early, including regulatory and operational risks
  • Agile Ways of Working: Applies agile practices within projects and supports teams in using agile principles
  • Supplier & Partner Management: Oversees sourcing, contract negotiation, and performance management of suppliers.
  • Group Values & Culture: Positively influences others by demonstrating Lloyds Banking Group values and behaviour

  • Bachelor or Master's degree (e.g. strategic Project management, business informatics, computer science, engineering, business administration or related field)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in classic and agile project environments based on recognised standards (e.g. SCRUM, KANBAN PMI, IPMA, Prince2)
  • Track record in leading cross-functional projects, including supplier and partner management, preferably in multinational banking, financial service industry or IT implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience in requirements, test, and change management; IT governance; and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent English communication skills (German highly desirable)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Financial and resource management expertise
