Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken in Berea, KY is looking for one shift-manager to join our 27-person strong team. We are located on 339 Paint Lick Road. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ability to supervise, motivate, and coach team members.
• Strong conflict-resolution and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor planning, and shift management.
• Ability to maintain a positive, fast-paced work environment.

• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to manage guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensures service speed, order accuracy, and overall restaurant cleanliness.

• Ability to analyze daily/weekly sales reports.
• Experience with cash handling, deposits, and till audits.
• Understanding of cost control (food cost, labor cost, utilities).
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling software, email, reporting tools).

• Ability to train new employees on service standards and procedures.
• Provides ongoing coaching to improve team performance.
• Ensures team members understand all company policies and operational guidelines.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
• Identifies operational issues and implements solutions effectively.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
