Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dietary to join our vibrant team In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional meal services tailored to our residents' needs, ensuring their nutritional well-being while creating a warm and welcoming dining experience. Your culinary skills, attention to food safety, and passion for serving others will help foster a positive environment where residents feel cared for and valued. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine culinary expertise with compassionate service in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual resident preferences
  • Assist with menu planning, ensuring a variety of appealing, balanced options that meet dietary restrictions and special diets
  • Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, mixing, cooking, and plating dishes with precision and care
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in all aspects of food handling and kitchen operations
  • Support catering events and special meal occasions, ensuring timely and professional service
  • Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure residents' nutritional needs are met consistently
  • Serve meals courteously, engaging with residents to enhance their dining experience and promote social interaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide within healthcare or hospitality settings
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations, including knife skills and meal assembly
  • Knowledge of menu planning, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience working in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with food industry standards related to catering, serving, and food service management
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward residents' needs
