Assistant General Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties

• Lead and manage the front of house team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries effectively.
• Assist in planning and executing special events, including banquets and private parties.
• Monitor inventory levels for bar and kitchen supplies to ensure availability.
• Implement budgeting strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Inventory and product orders for FOH, BOH, and Bar.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management within the hospitality or food industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to train staff effectively in both service standards and operational tasks.
• Familiarity with casual dining environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
