Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the management of our cutting-edge Heytea store. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's high standards and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee staff scheduling and shift management to optimize productivity and customer service.
- Provide ongoing training and development for team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and address any customer issues in a timely manner.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory.
- Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement store-specific promotions and events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
- 5+ years of experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, sales analysis, and basic financial reporting.
