We are seeking a dedicated and experienced to join our culinary team. Duties

• Prepare and assemble meals according to menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality
• Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing in collaboration with culinary staff
• Handle food safely, adhering to all health regulations and sanitation standards
• Participate in food preparation activities, including cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes
• Serve meals to residents or customers in a courteous and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
• Support catering events as needed, including setup and breakdown of food stations
• Follow all safety protocols related to knife skills, food handling, and equipment operation

Experience

• Previous experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is preferred
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, or fine dining is advantageous
• Background in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is highly desirable
• Culinary experience including cooking techniques, food presentation, and food safety practices is beneficial
• Skills in knife handling, meal prep, and catering are considered assets
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures is essential
