Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage service, and experience working in fast-paced hospitality environments. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise while working in a vibrant setting that values guest satisfaction and team collaboration. Previous experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable, along with a background in fine dining or food service industries.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, including bussing and sanitation tasks
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed in a fast-paced environment
• Manage reservations and guest relations using OpenTable or similar reservation platforms
• Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly advantageous
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic food handling procedures
• Background in hospitality roles such as host/host, bussing, or serving is beneficial
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential
