An exciting opportunity awaits a talented Inventory Control Specialist at our Indianapolis, Indiana logistics hub. This key position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, which is vital for seamless logistics operations. You will conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, maintain detailed records within our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and implement strategies to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. You will collaborate closely with various warehouse teams to identify and address inventory control issues. Maintaining a safe working environment is paramount; strict adherence to all safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. This role may involve some lifting up to 35 lbs, but the primary focus is on data accuracy, reporting, and process optimization within our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve all inventory variances.
- Update and maintain inventory records accurately in the WMS.

- Work with operations staff to improve stock accuracy.
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed.
