Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy
- Package products securely using appropriate materials
- Label packages correctly for outgoing logistics
- Maintain a clean and organized picking and packing station
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks safely
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Report any stock discrepancies or equipment issues
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or a related warehouse role is beneficial
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and order fulfillment processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
