Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
- Accurately stock inventory in designated areas
- Pick and assemble customer orders
- Package items securely for shipment
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Familiarity with safety equipment and PPE
