Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable Warehouse Workers to join our facility in Richmond, Virginia. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be instrumental in supporting our daily logistics operations. Your duties will encompass a range of activities, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This role requires physical capability, a detail-oriented approach, and a strong adherence to Safety protocols. You will be an integral part of a team focused on efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse tasks. Join us to contribute to a vital part of our product distribution and logistics chain.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of goods.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders and prepare them for packing.
  • Pack orders securely and ensure they are ready for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures meticulously.
  • Use appropriate PPE at all times to ensure personal Safety and compliance.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Perform duties involving consistent Lifting, bending, and standing.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
  • Good physical condition, able to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all regulations.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics operations is a plus.
