Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington! This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Success in this role requires efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to Safety. You'll work closely with other fulfillment associates and warehouse staff to meet daily targets. This position is a key component of our e-commerce logistics, directly impacting customer satisfaction. We value teamwork and a proactive approach to warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory using order lists and scanners.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Verify order accuracy against items picked.
  • Label and prepare packages for shipment according to carrier requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety protocols and procedures.
  • Properly utilize all required PPE to ensure personal Safety and the Safety of others.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Contribute to overall team goals and productivity in our logistics center.
  • Engage in tasks requiring consistent Lifting and physical exertion.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics processes is advantageous.
