Seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator for our busy warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in the movement and organization of materials throughout our facility. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading delivery trucks, moving inventory to and from storage locations, and assisting with order picking and staging. Adherence to all company Safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is of utmost importance. You must maintain a safe operating record and ensure the equipment you use is in good working order. This position requires precision, efficiency, and a thorough understanding of warehouse logistics. We are looking for individuals with a proven ability to operate various types of forklifts, such as reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and order pickers, along with a valid certification. The job involves periods of extended standing, walking, and occasional manual Lifting in addition to forklift operation. A strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork are essential.
