Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanning technology and order sheets.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and use required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist with other duties as assigned within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for entire shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience with scanning equipment is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
