Our Nashville, Tennessee facility is seeking a hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure efficient handling of goods. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and possesses a positive attitude. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping duties. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. We are committed to a safe workplace, and all employees must adhere to safety regulations and utilize the provided PPE . Tasks will involve frequent Lifting and movement of inventory. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment and ensure proper labeling.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Must be capable of performing regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is helpful.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE .
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
