Join our fast-paced distribution center as a Distribution Center Associate in Phoenix, Arizona! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our facility. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain operational excellence. This position is crucial for our logistics network, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately store and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse culture.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial, though not required. You must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and performing tasks that require physical stamina. We emphasize safety in all our operations, and expect adherence to all safety protocols. Understanding of basic logistics principles is advantageous.
