We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our energetic warehouse team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is central to our logistics operations, focusing on accurately and efficiently processing customer orders from receipt to shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch. Your attention to detail is crucial for ensuring order accuracy and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment where speed and precision are equally important. Collaboration with fellow team members and adherence to established procedures are key to success. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace; therefore, all employees must strictly follow safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. As part of our logistics network, you will contribute directly to the timely delivery of products. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders based on pick lists or system data.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation and general warehouse area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as required.
- Communicate any issues or stock discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing, walking, and bending.
- Must be able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
