We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our warehouse and plays a significant part in our overall logistics network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. A strong emphasis will be placed on safety and accuracy in all your duties. You will be expected to work with speed and efficiency while ensuring that all products are handled with care and precision. Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment (training provided for forklifts and other machinery), maintaining a clean and organized workspace, participating in inventory counts, and adhering to all company safety policies. This includes the mandatory use of PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots, to ensure a secure working environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and possess good communication skills. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and frequently lifting items up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus. We are committed to providing a safe and productive environment where associates can grow and contribute to our success. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific requirements.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – certification/training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
