Fleet Mechanic – Full Time (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

We are seeking a full time Fleet Mechanic responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of all vehicles and equipment in our fleet. Our fleet includes a wide range of vehicles such as vans, pickups, trailers, forklifts, specialty vehicles, and medium and heavy-duty trucks.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and parts replacement
• Keep vehicles DOT-compliant, including hazmat regulations
• Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, powertrain, frame, fuel, electrical, HVAC, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose and repair fuel delivery systems
• Maintain accurate work orders and records
• Maintain a safe, clean, well-organized shop
• Order parts, schedule repairs, and plan maintenance
• Assist in recovering stuck or disabled vehicles/equipment

This role offers autonomy, variety, and hands-on work—not just wrenching to hit quotas.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean record (CDL preferred)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Must provide your own tools
• Experience with gasoline and diesel engines
• Experience with air and hydraulic brake systems
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or with a team
