JOB SUMMARY

Works under general supervision to direct the operation of program(s) or project(s), exercising independent judgment and authority as required.

The Project Coordinator II is responsible for the intake and coordination of multimedia requests, including photography, video, and other project needs. The role assigns resources, maintains project schedules, and supports organized digital asset management to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors, the Project Coordinator ensures clear communication and consistent project flow. This position works closely with the Senior Photo Manager and Senior Video Manager to schedule requests, refine workflows, and support effective allocation of resources across all project types.

This position will be 100% onsite for orientation and training and then will convert to 2 days in office, 3 days work from home.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

6 years of experience in project management or production coordination.

Preferred

Experience

Agency or in-house creative/marketing team experience.

JOB DUTIES

Responsible for various project management duties, which require thorough understanding of, and adherence to principles of project management; may perform project tasks as required by the project plan.

Participates in the development, planning, and implementation of projects/programs.

Develops work plans, tracks progress, and delivers status reports.

Assists project manager(s) to complete projects according to scope and schedule.

Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects.

Tracks, analyzes, and reconciles expenditures and procurements on a monthly basis; reports on blockages, risks, overflows, and/or deficits to department and project budgets and other accounts as assigned to department.

Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation. Plans and coordinates projects, meetings, appointments, conferences, seminars, and workshops as needed.

Develops all types of correspondence. Provides professional support for special projects, which include editorial and administrative support for proposals and business plans; prepares materials for oral and/or written presentations, meetings, and conferences; performs internet research.

Assists with training, technical support, and troubleshooting for the project management application.

Performs other duties assigned.
