Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Accounting Clerk & Administrative Assistant, where your accounting & organizational skills and attention to detail will keep our Project running smoothly

In this vital role, you'll handle essential accounting functions, and project related financial activities within our Project construction operations. Also, provide exceptional customer service.

Your proactive approach and multitasking abilities will help ensure accurate financial records and efficient administrative workflows, contributing directly to the success of our construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks software, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments .
  • Maintain precise financial records through data entry, filing, and regular reconciliation of accounts
  • Support project budgeting by tracking expenses and assisting with cost reports.
  • Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document proofreading.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for project documents, contracts, and correspondance.
  • Store, archive, and retrieve physical documents and electronic images of all paper documents, correspondence, training material and policies and procedures in accordance and requirements with System of Record requirements.
  • Keep records and documentation to be used during projects closure and/or audits.
  • Controlling company and project documentation, included: equipment maintenance and agreements, facilities maintenance agreements.
