Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our hotel is spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and creating a comfortable environment for clients and guests alike. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care.
• Maintain floor care by applying appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, or stripping and waxing tiles as needed.
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and addressing any specific cleaning preferences or concerns.
• Stock cart with appropriate supplies
• Assist other team members as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently.
• Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation is preferred.
• Experience with janitorial supplies management and basic maintenance is a plus.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Pay: $ $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
