Regional Property Manager

If you're energized by communicating expectations, creating structure, and leading managers to execute with precision, we're looking for you as our Regional Property Manager.
In this critical leadership role, you will oversee a team of Property Managers and administrative staff responsible for a scattered-site portfolio of residential and mixed-use rental properties. You will directly impact department profitability, owner relationships, risk management, and operational execution. You are someone who thinks and acts strategically, solves problems independently, and continuously improves systems — and you have the experience required to implement and enforce those systems in a fast-growing organization.
What You Bring to the Role
- A strategic mindset with a proven ability to anticipate and resolve operational challenges before they escalate
- Strong independent judgment and the ability to think several steps ahead without constant oversight
- A preference for clear processes, structured decision-making, and continuous improvement, paired with the ability to clearly communicate expectations to your teams
- Comfort taking calculated risks while protecting long-term company, owner, and portfolio objectives
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and hold managers accountable, especially during periods of growth or change
What You'll DoLead Property Managers, Drive Performance, and Scale Results
- Serve as the leader, coach, mentor, and accountability partner to Property Managers and administrative staff
- Translate company goals into clear execution plans and measurable KPIs for your teams
- Anticipate operational, financial, and staffing risks and take proactive corrective action
- Lead structured, data-driven performance reviews to improve results and support sustainable growth
Owner Relationships, Risk Management & Accountability
- Act as a senior point of contact for key landlord clients, ensuring alignment between owner goals and operational execution
- Lead the resolution of escalated owner, tenant, and team issues using a calm, methodical, solution-oriented approach
- Review documentation and operational practices to proactively manage risk and protect the company and its clients
Operational Leadership & Process Optimization
- Drive consistency, accountability, and collaboration across your assigned portfolio
- Ensure teams are following established systems, policies, and procedures
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in workflows, technology, and team structure
- Improve productivity, service quality, and financial performance across all managed properties
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple managers and teams (regional-level experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success implementing systems, improving performance, and driving results in a growing organization
- Strong understanding of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Real Estate License required (may be obtained after hire, if not already held)
