Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to engage with guests, understand their needs, and provide assistance will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, providing water and hot towel.
• Introduce the whole menu to guess before taking order.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns, fostering strong guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining basic math skills for transactions.

Skills

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic culinary knowledge is a plus, enhancing your ability to recommend menu items effectively.
• Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and managing payments.
• A team player who can work collaboratively with others in a busy environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
