Dietary Cook Responsibilities You'll Love:

• Prepare meals, desserts, and snacks according to the planned menu, ensuring all special diets and dietary restrictions are followed
• Ensure meals are both palatable and visually appealing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including dishwashing and kitchen upkeep
• Follow health code regulations for food storage, preparation, and temperature control, maintaining proper documentation
• Accurately estimate and prepare food quantities to meet serving needs
• Promote a safe and respectful work environment
• Participate in continuing education and training programs

What We Look For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Interest in working with the geriatric population
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and food preparation techniques
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
