Responsibilities

• Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and ironing equipment efficiently to process linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing.
• Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry to ensure timely availability for guest rooms and facility needs.
• Perform dry cleaning services for delicate or specialized fabrics when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by regularly disinfecting machines, work surfaces, and storage spaces.
• Follow safety protocols for handling chemicals used in cleaning and laundry processes.
• Assist with general cleaning duties around the facility to uphold overall hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal.
• Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and quality control.
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety guidelines related to chemical handling.
