Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive manner to ensure a positive experience from ordering to final drink service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing and efficient service
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to meet guest demand
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering or banquet events to deliver seamless service
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by monitoring guest behavior and adhering to legal drinking age regulations
• Assist in training new team members on proper serving techniques, POS systems, and food safety procedures

Skills

• Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining, or banquet environments
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without sacrificing quality
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and food industry calculations
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in food service settings
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Experience with catering events or banquet service is a plus
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting can enhance your contribution to our team
