Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Dentist who is:

• Skilled in bread-and-butter dentistry

• Comfortable with treatment planning and presenting comprehensive care

• Interested in growing in implants, cosmetics, endo, and/or sedation

• Motivated by production, quality, and excellent patient outcomes

• Able to build rapport and maintain long-term patient trust

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Guarantee: $800-$1000 daily for first 3 months

Schedule

• Monday – Friday (varies by location)

• Fridays available for high-demand clinicians

• No weekends

• Immediate start for the right candidate

What We're Looking For

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active Texas Dental License (or ability to obtain)

• Implant experience is a plus (not required)

• Strong communication and chairside skills

• Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality dentistry

• Team-oriented mindset
