Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and streamline operations across our resort or hotel property.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservations with professionalism
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly and courteously
- Maintain accurate guest records and perform night audit procedures as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure smooth communication across all front desk operations
- Assist in managing guest relations to foster positive experiences and repeat business
- Support administrative tasks related to front desk operations, including billing and documentation
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction
- Ability to handle night audit procedures and manage guest accounts accurately
- Knowledge of resort operations and guest services best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Pay: $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
