Reliable Construction Helper

Are you a strong framer or foundation specialist who takes pride in straight lines, clean cuts, and solid work?
We're looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to jump into real projects with a professional crew. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in strong, clean, and accurate craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Frame walls, floors, roofs, and structural components
• Build forms for slabs, footings, grade beams, etc.
• Place and tie rebar, prep trenches, and assist with concrete pours
• Read and follow layouts, levels, and simple structural drawings
• Use hand & power tools confidently and safely
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and moving efficiently
• Work independently or lead helpers when needed

Framing

• Perform wood framing, including walls, floors, roofs, backing/blocking, and structural components
• Install sheathing, joists, beams, headers, and support members

Foundation & Concrete Work

• Assist with layout, trenching, form building, reinforcement placement (rebar), and preparation for concrete pours

Requirements

• Experience in framing and/or foundation work (residential or commercial)
• Must have your own basic tools
• Ability to read measurements, follow layouts, and understand structure
• Strong knowledge of construction tools/materials
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Physically capable of lifting and working outdoors
• Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
