We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance organization. This is a high-impact role where you will own core accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You are highly accountable, process-driven, and eager to identify improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. What You'll Do
  • Own accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger, ensuring complete and precise financial documentation.
  • Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliation/analysis of key balance sheet accounts.
  • Perform financial analyses such as P&L fluctuations, budget-to-actual comparisons, and variance reviews.
  • Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization and depreciation tracking.
  • Prepare payroll-related journal entries and maintain accounting-related payroll reports in Paycom.
