Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative with Kindly Pest you will be the first contact a potential customer has from us, and first impressions count We are looking for self-starters who can work with minimal supervision and integrity. Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and set appointments
• Demonstrate knowledge of the pest industry offerings and trends
• Run appointments with qualified homeowners interested in our service
• Maintain detailed records of interactions to create unity across our entire team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Computer, high-speed internet (wired is preferred), and USB headset required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Passionate about pest control and what it provides to our customers
