**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the culinary field and be passionate about food preparation. This role involves assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
**Responsibilities:**
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to recipes
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Monitor stock levels and communicate with the Chef to place orders
**Experience:**
Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or relevant role
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling)
Understanding of food safety practices
Experience with kitchen equipment such as knives and slicers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prep/Line Cook
Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with catering events, including setup and cleanup
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using manual or automated methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organize back of house.
- Assist with inventory management, including, restocking and maintaining shelves, prep/loading stations and monitoring product levels. Responsible for keeping the prep and expo areas clean.
-Manage day to day operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.----Assist with prepping ingredients, and loading in a timely manner to fall in line with QSR
Requirements:
- Previous experience in kitchen back of house is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask in a quick working environment but maintain attention to detail
