We are currently seeking a Program Director at our Montco Crisis Residential program in Hatboro, PA. To manage and supervise the overall assigned services and programs in compliance with Agency standards and applicable guidelines, focusing on a mental health population experiencing crisis. To design and ensure the implementation of services to facilitate participants' recovery. To promote continuous quality enhancement and growth of the programs assigned. To provide necessary interventions and support to enhance continuity of service. To develop and monitor systems to ensure the quality of staff support and participant services throughout the department. Receives general and regular supervision from the Regional Director. Supervises and provides the training of all Crisis Residential Program team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling, education, or related fields with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Master's Preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of crisis program models.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong computer skills.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and monitor the daily operations of the program and ensure a safe, secure, and pleasant environment.
  • Ensure the implementation of services, planning, and coordination consistent with applicable standard requirements and participant needs.
  • Review all referrals, obtain, and evaluate

Scope:

  • Frequent talking and listening.
  • Requires the ability to lift, carry, hold, kneel, reach, stack, stoop, and bend, which may include direct intervention with participants.
  • Possess manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • Must be available for local travel.
  • May require crisis intervention in emergencies. Required to carry a beeper and cell phone and be available to respond to emergencies.
  • May be required to attend training to become a certified agency investigator. May conduct investigations and participate in the agency's on-call investigator rotation. This requires carrying a cell phone and responding to investigation hotline calls during on-call coverage.
