The Fabrication Operator is responsible for operating CNC fabrication equipment, performing panel setups, and converting production panels into precision-finished parts. This role ensures all products meet Winonics' quality, safety, and delivery requirements.

DutiesResponsibilities:

• Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously to fabricate low tolerance patterns (rout, milling, bevel)
• Independently perform complex and standard machine set ups
• Load Fabrication programs
• Align production panels to tooling pins on Fabrication machine
• Visually and mechanically inspect panels
• Make required adjustments
• Operate chamfer, V-scoring machine and beveling machines
• Maintain a safe, neat and organized workplace
• Wear all mandatory PPE

Job Qualification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience required; PCB fabrication experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with CNC or automated manufacturing equipment is helpful.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate to perform job duties effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production drawings.
• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good hand-eye coordination.
• Skilled in using measurement tools (scope, caliper, micrometer).
• Good math skills and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to cross-train.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required by production needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 25 pounds without straining
• Able to stand throughout the entire shift

Hourly Pay: $17 - $24 per hour Compensation is based on relevant experience, education, certifications, and specialized skills.
