Job Summary
We are looking for experienced passionate and skilled Asian Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Asian dishes, ensuring high-quality food presentation, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about Asian cuisine, has solid kitchen experience, and enjoys working in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and food safety are key. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes following established recipes and standards.
• Assist with menu planning to incorporate authentic flavors and presentation styles.
• Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and handling protocols.
• Support catering events and special meal services with efficient food preparation and serving.
• Use knife skills effectively for ingredient prep, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service in a timely manner.

Experience

• Prior experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is advantageous.
• Proven culinary experience in Asian cuisine or fine dining environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with food handling, cooking techniques, and meal preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene practices.
• Background in restaurant or food industry settings that involve food service or catering.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various Asian cooking methods.
