Customer Service Rep (Front desk associate) needed for Busy Respiratory Medical Equipment Company-- Kilgore's Respiratory Center
Duties include:
- Answering busy multi line phones
- Helping customers that walk in
- Pulling supplies and creating sales orders
- Scheduling patients
- Help with CPAP machines and Supplies
- Troubleshoot machines/equipment
- Update patient accounts and information in 2 software programs.
- More task that may be assigned by management.

**Able to Multitask in fast paced environment
**HAS SUPERIOR PHONE & computer/keyboard skills
**Loves being clinically hands on with patients/customers/physicians offices
**LOVES working in a clinical environment and contacting/working with physician's offices and patients
**Has a positive 'CAN-DO' attitude that makes people smile...
**Is able to multi-task with phone calls, walk-in patients & file processing
**Wants to be part of a growing and expanding TEAM
**Works great in a fast paced TEAM environment
**Enjoys making clients happy and helping them sleep better
