Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Staff member to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, be proficient with computer applications, and have excellent communication abilities. Bilingual skills are a plus to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
  • Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using various software tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Support office management functions including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files
  • Provide excellent customer service support via phone, email, or in person
  • Support administrative tasks such as typing reports, managing office supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area
  • Handle clerical duties including copying, scanning, and faxing documents as needed

Experience

  • Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous
  • Bilingual abilities to assist diverse clients are highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in medical or dental receptionist roles, personal assistant positions, or office management is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 35 per week
