Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate at our facility in San Francisco, California. This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately from receipt to shipment. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, verify, and process incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision to meet customer demands.
  • Organize and maintain inventory within the distribution center, ensuring efficient space utilization.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, as needed.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Uphold a clean, safe, and secure work environment, following all established logistics and safety protocols.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
  • Prepare shipments for outbound logistics, including labeling and final checks.
  • Engage in tasks requiring physical dexterity and moderate Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work culture.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse technology and equipment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse safety principles and the requirement for PPE.
  • Physical capacity for performing manual labor, including frequent Lifting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and work collaboratively.
