Our Cincinnati, Ohio distribution center is looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to contribute to our fast-paced operations. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, encompassing all aspects of warehouse handling from receiving to dispatch. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in meticulously sorting, organizing, and moving inventory to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Key tasks include operating manual and electric pallet jacks, preparing goods for shipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. Your contribution is vital to our **logistics** network, ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable service.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with all **safety** regulations and procedures.
- Properly use all required **PPE**.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Support **logistics** operations by ensuring efficient movement of goods.
- Perform tasks involving **lifting** items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or **logistics** experience preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and **lift** throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to upholding **safety** standards and using **PPE**.
