We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your leadership will be critical in implementing best practices in logistics and inventory management. Key responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance management, and fostering a positive team culture. You will also be instrumental in enforcing safety regulations, ensuring all staff use appropriate PPE, and conducting regular safety audits. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate others. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. You should be comfortable with physical demands, including occasional lifting of heavy items.
