We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our facility, contributing to efficient storage, retrieval, and movement of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and picking procedures.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety rules and regulations, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Follow all instructions from supervisors regarding warehouse tasks.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the overall logistics chain.
- Perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Prioritize safety in all warehouse activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move for entire shift.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
- Must wear required PPE, such as safety shoes and high-visibility clothing.
- Experience with lifting and moving heavy objects safely.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics concepts is beneficial.
