We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate in the vibrant heart of New York City, New York. This critical role supports our extensive logistics network by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a diverse range of products for shipment, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Working in a dynamic urban warehouse setting, you will handle various tasks to maintain operational flow and efficiency. - Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Replenish stock on shelves and maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse systems.
- Operate equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks safely.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and workstations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall logistics efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
