Our New York City, New York Distribution Center is seeking dedicated Distribution Center Associates to support our large-scale logistics operations. This role is vital for ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our facility, from receiving to dispatch. You will be involved in a range of warehouse activities, including sorting, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy. Safety is paramount in our operations, and all associates must strictly adhere to safety protocols, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE, and contribute to a secure working environment. This position requires physical endurance, involving significant lifting, standing, and movement throughout your shift. Responsibilities include: Receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments. Storing goods in designated warehouse locations. Accurately picking items to fulfill customer orders. Packing and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring quality and presentation. Loading outbound trucks according to manifest. Operating material handling equipment safely. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center. Following all safety regulations and company policies. Assisting in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
