Join our dynamic team as a Shipping Clerk in Tampa, Florida! This role is essential for the efficient processing and dispatch of all outbound shipments from our logistics center. You will be responsible for managing shipping documentation, coordinating with freight carriers, and ensuring that all parcels are accurately labeled and prepared for transport. Key duties include verifying order details against shipping manifests, accurately weighing and measuring shipments, and maintaining detailed records of all outgoing goods. A meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach to workflow are vital for success in this position. Maintaining a secure and organized shipping area is a priority, and adherence to all company Safety policies and the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. While occasional Lifting may be required, the focus of this role is on coordination, administration, and accuracy within the shipping process. Previous experience with shipping software and a solid understanding of logistics operations are highly valued. You will collaborate closely with warehouse personnel to ensure seamless handoffs and timely departures.
