Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (after training and certification).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments.
- Identify and report any stock damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory control.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
