We are hiring enthusiastic Order Pickers to join our dynamic logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee. The Order Picker will be responsible for accurately and efficiently gathering items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your primary duties will include reading pick lists or using a scanning device, locating specific products within the warehouse, and transporting them to the designated packing or staging area. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also a key responsibility. Safety is paramount in our warehouse, and all employees are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety guidelines. This role requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds, and involves standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. We are seeking reliable individuals with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is a plus, as is familiarity with warehouse management systems. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that orders are picked accurately and on time, contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
